I wasn't happy with the previous company I had. They billed me 3 times for the same thing and never fixed the problem completely in my opinion. I ended up calling Awesome Elevator ( one of the very few I could talk to a real person) and the owner was super friendly. He came out, fixed my elevator and I even got a new customer discount. Im happy with the service over all, now fingers crossed everything stays running good!
